Ossia Outthere is a free Belfast-based outreach program aiming to spread musical education in the community. Supported by the Ossia Music School in East Belfast, since 2004 over 500 students have found the program invaluable. We are growing and providing better funding and resources for all types of music programs across Northern Ireland.
